(b) Porsche 928: on engine crankcase
(c) Porsche 964/964 Turbo + 993: on oil pressure transmitter console located on the top front side of the right crankcase half
(d) Porsche 993 Turbo: on oil pressure transmitter console located on the top front side of the right crankcase half. A second oil pressure transmitter is remotely installed on a metal support plate that is screwed onto the right intake manifold and is linked to the crankcase via an oil pipe.

Quantities required per vehicle:

2 of these pressure sending units with are required for the Porsche 993 Turbo and the Porsche 964 Carrera / 964 Turbo.
For all other cars, 1 sending unit is required per vehicle.
