Our right-side transmission mount is used as original equipment on the following vehicle types:

     Porsche 356 Pre-A Speedster with Type 540.1 (T-1) body (1955) *

     Porsche 356 A (1956-1959)

     Porsche 356 B (1960-1963)

     Porsche 356 C (1964-1965) **

     Porsche 356 SC (1964-1965)

Notes:

* This right-side transmission mount is suitable for the following vehicles:
356 Pre-A Speedster with chassis number F 080202 >> 081234 (1955) with Type 644 transmission

** Not suitable for the 356 C Carrera GS 2000

This metal and rubber transmission mount wears out and becomes brittle overtime. It should be inspected if you notice that your gear shift lever moves erratically or vibrates during acceleration.
