This replacement coil is impedance-matched to the Perma-Tune ignition boxes. This ensures that your Perma-Tune electronic ignition ignition system delivers maximum performance.
 
The use of special ignition coil is strongly recommended whenever a Perma-Tune ignition box is installed.This coil fits your Porsche 911 from 1969 to 1983.
 
Note: The Perma-Tune special ignition coil retains the same outside diameter as the original Porsche factory unit. However, ensure that you have enough clearance for mouting under the hood, as the Perma-Tune coil is 26.5 mm longer than the Boch coil.
