Notes:

This fuel strainer is screwed to the bottom of the fuel tank with an 8 mm. fitting and is used to connect a 6 mm. fuel hose to the tank. It is inserted inside the fuel tank and serves as a first filtering element for the fuel before it reaches the supply circuit to the engine.

For certain 2.0 L, 2.2 L and 2.4 L Porsche 911 E and 911 S from 1969 to 1973, as well as for the Porsche 911 T-V from 1972-73, use the fuel strainer for an 8 mm. hose reference 911.020064B.

From 1969 to 1973, this fuel strainer is also used in the fuel supply circuit of the Webasto cabin heater in vehicles equipped with this device.
