Notes:
This fuel strainer is screwed to the bottom of the fuel tank with a 10 mm. fitting and is used to connect an 8 mm. fuel hose to the tank. It is inserted inside the fuel tank and serves as a first filtering element for the fuel before it reaches the supply circuit to the engine.
For the 2.0 L 911 S from 1967-1968 and for certain 2.4 L Porsche 911 E and 911 S from 1972 to 1973, use the fuel strainer for an 6 mm. hose reference 911.020064A.
