Notes: 
 
This cylindrical needle cage roller bearing is placed
on the transmission’s main or secondary shafts and serves as a support to the
free 1st to 5th transmission gears on their respective shafts. One of these needle
cage bearings is required per free gear.  
 
Quantities required per vehicle and locations:  
 
- 911 + 912E with 5-speed transmissions (72-86): 5 (1 needle
cage bearing for each free transmission gear on both main and secondary
transmission shafts) 
- 911 with 4-speed transmissions (72-86): 4 (1 needle
cage bearing for each free transmission gear on both main and secondary
transmission shafts) 
- 911 Sportomatic with 4-speed transmissions (72-77):
4 (1 needle cage bearing for each free transmission gear on both main and
secondary transmission shafts) 
- 911 Sportomatic with 3-speed transmissions (75-80):
3 (1 needle cage bearing for each free transmission gear on both main and
